We take every Client complaint very seriously and will do all we can to resolve them quickly and fairly. Accordingly, Ugodilins Building Construction Company Ltd will:

Upon receipt of a complaint, or Client request, immediately acknowledge its receipt.
Arrange to meet with the Client, or anyone acting on the clients’ behalf, to ensure our full understanding of the problem and reach agreement on the solution, including timescales.

If for some reason we cannot resolve the cause of the complaint within the agreed timescale, we will keep the Client informed of the delay and the reasons for it.
Maintain a complaints database to log all issues/complaints received and to ensure a robust audit trail is in place.
